Transitioning from printed annual report to a fully integrated online annual report has been a real cost reduction project for HackensackUMC. We have created an annual report that brings the hospitals and its patient to life. The annual report now allows the viewer to meet hospital leadership, doctors, staff and patients through dynamic media. We also gave the viewer the option to customize a printed report that can be run on their own printer. All of which has reduced the overall cost of the annual report by 40%.
